We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non‑medical, in‑home support to clients who need assistance with daily living. Caregivers help seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Qualifications
• Experience in caregiving (professional or personal) preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
• Must pass background check and meet state requirements

Responsibilities
Personal Care Support
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help with dressing and toileting
• Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance
• Support clients with walking or using mobility devices
Daily Living & Life Skills
• Help clients follow daily routines
• Encourage independence and confidence
• Provide step‑by‑step support with tasks
Companionship
• Offer friendly conversation and emotional support
• Engage in hobbies, games, or shared activities
• Accompany clients on walks or outings
Meal Preparation
• Plan and prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Assist with feeding when needed
• Encourage hydration and healthy eating habits
Medication Reminders
• Provide timely reminders to take medications
• Help organize pill boxes (per family instructions)
• Track completed doses and report concerns
Housekeeping
• Light cleaning (dishes, sweeping, dusting)
• Laundry and linen changes
• Keep living areas tidy and safe
• Remove trash and assist with basic home organization
Safety & Reporting
• Monitor for changes in health or behavior
• Prevent falls and maintain a safe environment
• Communicate updates to supervisors or family
