Coast To Coast Compassionate Care ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is an independently-owned, nationwide non-medical in-home care agency operating under a 1099 independent contractor model. We facilitate the placement of caregivers — including Companions, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medical Assistants (MAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) — with clients requiring in-home care and support services throughout the United States.
Our services are non-medical in nature unless a licensed medical professional is specifically engaged. We are not a licensed home health agency for the purposes of Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
By using our website, submitting an appointment request, contacting us for services, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that:
Coast To Coast Compassionate Care provides non-medical in-home care and support services, including but not limited to:
All caregivers placed by Coast To Coast Compassionate Care are independent contractors, not employees of the Company. The Company facilitates the match between clients and caregivers and provides coordination and oversight, but individual caregivers are responsible for the direct provision of care services. The Company is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent contractor caregivers beyond what is outlined in any separate written service agreement.
We accept long-term care insurance for eligible services. It is the client's responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance provider prior to service commencement. The Company will provide documentation to support insurance claims upon request but makes no guarantee of reimbursement by any third-party insurer.
We provide services nationwide across all 50 states. Traveling caregiver services are available internationally. Availability of specific services may vary by location. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.
Appointment requests submitted through our website are inquiries only and do not constitute a confirmed service agreement. A member of our care team will contact you within one business day to discuss your needs, confirm availability, and arrange services. A separate service agreement will be provided prior to the commencement of care.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion.
Service fees, billing schedules, and payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. By engaging our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the terms of your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Long-term care insurance billing is handled on a case-by-case basis and is subject to your policy terms. Any balance not covered by insurance remains the client's responsibility.
Either party may terminate services with notice as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if:
